SayNet, Inc., Puerto Rico's first e-security commercialization lab and private Certification Authority Corporation, is hosting the Digital Signature Acceleration Program. This initiative brings together vendors in the information security space, such as E-Lock Technologies, VeriSign/Thawte, Certicom, Datacard, and Litronic.

E-Lock Technologies and SayNet will implement the Puerto Rico Digital Signatures Act and undertake initial pilot projects using the e-technologies offered by each of the respective participating vendors. SayNet will also scale and market these technologies in other Spanish-speaking markets. As a participant, E-Lock Technologies will take part in providing PKI-based digital signature solutions to e-security problems such as fraud in payment processing, alteration of documents, and illegal entry into proprietary data.

The Digital Signature Accelerator Program should open the door to a new world where e-security technologies create valuable solutions and services that fit into any organization's business needs.
