Tom Reid
Tom Reid is Managing Partner and Broker of Record for Uniwest Mortgage Corporation, a wholesale mortgage banking firm located in San Diego, California. Uniwest lends in most of the western United States, and has been serving borrowers since 1989. Tom participates in all aspects of company operations, but his favorite part of the job is meeting with individual clients. This is his 21st year in the industry. He doesn’t like the way large institutional lenders handled their customers, so he and his business partner started Uniwest Mortgage Corporation in 1989 with the singular goal of taking the stress out of financing. Often referred to as a "Boutique Lender," Uniwest specializes in personalized service to borrowers and brokers, providing every type of loan program at competitive rates.
